Gearin Outdoor Services provides snow removal in the winter. Summary of contract guidelines are:
The plowing trigger for a snowfall is 1.5 inches.
The sidewalks will be cleared using shovels, snow blowers, and sidewalk tractors.
Snow removal of events under 8” will be completed within 12 hours for driveways, and 24 hours for sidewalks of the snow event ending.
Events over 8” driveways will be within 24 hours, and sidewalks 36 hours. Open ups will be done if snow event produces 4” of snow and is still producing snow.
Snow will be removed from the front patios on the three middle units.
Fire hydrants and mailboxes will be cleared of snow within 24 hours of snow ending.
Driveways/parking spots with vehicle(s) in them will not be plowed until the following snow event – given vehicle(s) have been removed from driveway/parking spot at that time.
If a separate trip is required to clear a driveway/parking spot that was blocked during the previous snow event, an additional charge will be applied outside of the monthly contract price.
Gearin is responsible for clearing snow from the frontage road that runs parallel to Rockford Road. Gearin is not responsible for clearing snow from Yuma Lane.
Any snow events producing more than 12 inches in a singular event will be billed out as time and material and is not included in monthly contract price.
Any snow drifting or snow fall from roof tops will be billed as time and material and is not included in the monthly contract price.
Gearin Outdoor Services provides Lawn Services. Summary of contract guidelines are:
Spring cleanup includes collecting leaves, debris, and removal of debris. Will be completed as weather allows in spring.
Mowing, spring trimming, and blowing off hard surfaces will occur weekly unless weather conditions don’t allow.
Shrub trimming will be completed two times per green season. Once in July/August, and once in October.
Fall cleanup includes collecting leaves, and removal of debris. Fall clean up will be completed between October 15th and November 15th.
The turf care program of four applications will be applied throughout the green season.
Slice edging of concrete will be completed once in the spring.
Irrigation services included are spring start up, three visits throughout the summer, fall blow out, and winter storage of RPZ.
Any irrigation repairs will be on a Time and Material basis.
